Try before you buy
Every Asterwise account starts with a free Sandbox plan — API calls per month, no credit card required. We strongly recommend evaluating the API thoroughly on Sandbox before upgrading to a paid plan.

Asterwise provides immediate API access upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted instantly and API calls are consumed digitally, we are unable to offer refunds on plan fees once a payment has been processed.
This is consistent with standard practice for B2B API services. Asterwise is a business-to-business service and does not fall within the definition of consumer goods under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Exceptions we will always honour
We will review refund requests individually in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same plan period
- Extended outage — if a verified technical failure on our end prevented API access for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period
To request a review, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond within 7 business days.
Plan changes
You may cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
